Leonard Devanna
Chief Executive Office and President
Mr. Devanna has over 25 years of experience with an accomplished record in general
management, business development, profit/performance improvement, strategic planning,
capital raising, and governmental affairs. His leadership positions have included
Executive Vice President of Clean Energy Systems, President and Founder of Advanced
Energy Systems and Senior Vice President of Commonwealth Energy Systems. Mr. Devanna
brings proven experience in major energy sectors, including distributed generation,
renewable energy, carbon capture/storage technologies (CCS), oxy-fuel combustion,
cryogenics and clean development mechanism (CDM) projects.
David Bridgeford
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Bridgeford has over 25 years of financial management experience in manufacturing
and semiconductor technology industries. He has held several leadership roles in
both public and private sector organizations including Controller of Level One Communications,
Chief Financial office of BHP Steel Building Products and Vice President Finance
of Ample Communications. Mr. Bridgeford has led organizations from start-up through
rapid growth and through acquisition deals on both the buy and sell side. In addition,
Mr. Bridgeford has been on the Board of Directors for several non-profit organizations.
He received his MBA from the University of Puget Sound.
Donald “Chip” Allgrove
Vice President of Government Programs
Mr. Allgrove come to Jadoo Power after serving as RAE Systems’ Federal Programs
Director. While at RAE Systems, he led a program team that successfully penetrated
every federal military service, security and responder agency with at least one
RAE product line in less than two years. He is a retired special operations officer,
Naval Postgraduate School and West Point alumnus, and has more than 25 years experience
working with international, federal, state and local municipality contracts.
Mack Knobbe
Vice President of Engineering
Mr. Knobbe has more than 10 years experience in the PEM fuel cell industry. He has
been involved in every aspect of PEM fuel cells, including development of MEAs,
stacks, integrated power systems, and complete fuel cell testing and education systems.
Mr. Knobbe holds an MS degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Kansas
and an MBA degree from CIMBA in Asolo, Italy.
Allison Fisher, Ph.D
Senior Fuel System Scientist
Ms. Fisher spent the last 8 years in development of PEM fuel cell architectures,
MEAs and fuel advancements. At Motorola, Dr. Fisher developed fuel cell stacks for
portable power systems and novel 3D micron scale architectures. She holds ten patents
in fuel cell stack systems and various fuels. Ms. Fisher was a National Institutes
of Health Postdoctoral Fellow at The University of Chicago and holds a Ph.D in Organic
Chemistry from the University of Colorado.
